10:00 AM – Kid’s Craft Time: Rodeo Horse Creation
11:00 AM – Kid’s “Playtime Rodeo”: Kids show off their horse creations and skills, with prizes included!
12:00 PM – High-Noon Shootout
12:30 PM – Cowboy History Presentation at the Pavilion
12:30 PM – Donkey and Goat Parade
1:00 PM – Line Dancing Lessons
Location
The Cowboy Festival and Dinner Show at O'Keefe Ranch takes place from August 24-25, 2024, offering a weekend of cowboy-themed activities for all ages. Saturday daytime events include wagon rides, roping competitions, dancing lessons, a playtime rodeo for kids, a high-noon shootout, and a cowboy history presentation. Visitors can also enjoy crafts, games, competitions, pet-a-goat, and Florah’s Artisanal Barn pop-up shop. The highlight of the weekend is the Cowboy Dinner Show on Saturday night featuring live music, historical comedy, and cowboy poetry. After the show, there is a campfire to hear more stories and songs. On Sunday, the event concludes with Cowboy Church. The dinner show is the only ticketed event.
