Khaos Coffee, founded by George Popi, began with a passion for roasting and refining coffee profiles using an Aillio Bullet roaster. Starting as a coffee cart serving cold-brew and nitro at local farmer's markets, it has grown into a permanent espresso bar within Kin+Pod Chocolate. Khaos Coffee now serves expertly crafted flat whites, lattes, mochas, affogatos, and espressos using their house-roasted beans, and also offers coffee tasting sessions for enthusiasts.
